Experienced Lead Bartender Wanted (Sonoma)
We are seeking an experienced lead bartender to manage bar and floor service for a bar in Sonoma that is transitioning to a gastro pub concept.
Responsibilities:
Run pre-shifts and give bartenders breaks
Create and maintain the cocktail list
Manage the customer experience during service
Qualifications:
Knowledge of cash handling, tip allocation, P&L, and COGs is a plus, but training is available
A natural gift for hospitality, with an ability to monitor the floor and optimize the customer experience
Positive attitude, great energy, and a big smile
The most important qualities are 2 years of bartending experience at high volume establishment, honesty, excellent hospitality skills, and a genuine passion for creating a great customer experience
