We’re looking for a passionate Full-time Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our Morgan Hill location.

What You’ll Do:
Assist the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and plating.
Lead, motivate, and train a talented kitchen crew.
Manage inventory and ensure food stock is always replenished.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Manage the kitchen schedule and assist with shift coverage.
Ensure every dish is prepared and served with quality and care.
What You Bring:
Experience in the role is required (Italian cuisine knowledge is a bonus!).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
A love for food, people, and hospitality.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must!
