Position: AM/PM Bartender
Reports to: Bar Manager / Lead Bartender
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of innovative cocktails that is uniquely tailored to our clientele
- Deliver charismatic customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests as they enjoy their meals and drinks.
- Work with the team to ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and fully stocked, including managing batches, garnishes, and spirits.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and promote responsible alcohol service at all times.
Qualifications:
- 3 years bartending experience, preferably with a focus on Indian cuisine or specialty cocktails.
-Weekends and holidays required. Must be available to work mornings.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, batching and classic recipes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Ability to multitask, handle high-volume service, and remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for mixology with a desire to learn more about our culture
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess RBS Certification, valid food handlers card and Sexual Harassment training Certificate of Completion.
