The cuisine will remain rooted in from-scratch Mexican cooking, now elevated with a true maiz to table culinary experience, with modern influences. Position: All Restaurant Team Members
Location: Los Gatos, California
Responsibilities:
Servers and Bussers - Deliver outstanding customer service to our guests by following all steps of technical service, finding ways to enhance their dining experience, and ensuring their utmost satisfaction throughout.
Hosts - Welcoming and seating guests following reservations protocols while being polished and professional as well as warm and genuinely friendly.
Culinary and Runners - Prepare and serve beautiful Mexican dishes with precision and attention to detail, adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
All Positions -
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment.
Collaborate with fellow team members to increase efficiency and teamwork, especially during peak hours.
Uphold food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and well-being of our guests and team.
Qualifications:
Passionate about restaurants and hospitality, ideally with a love of Mexican cuisine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and desire to learn and follow instructions
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Working knowledge of Toast POS for servers and Open Table for hosts preferred but not required
