We are looking for someone to spend 2 hours a day (1 in the morning, 1 in the evening) caretaking a beautiful ranch overlooking Tomales Bay.
Responsibilities include:
Feeding and tending to animals
a herd of 20ish sheep
4 ranch dogs
a flock of chickens
a lama
Opening and closing gates in the morning and evening to let the animals out to pasture
Checking on their wellbeing and tending to them as-needed
Property maintenance
checking on fences, repairing as-needed
removing invasive weeds, keeping grasses down in certain areas
maintaining internal ranch roads as-needed
The ranch is 15 minutes north of Point Reyes Station on Hwy 1.
Pay is $1700 a month for 14 hours a week of work.
Starting right away! December 6th.
Looking for someone reliable, good with animals, available 7 days a week.
