We’re looking for an assistant project manager to join and grow with our team to help address the housing and social issues facing the bay area! The role requires drive, flexibility and a can do attitude to effectively manage construction quality, budgets and schedules to elevate projects to the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large complex projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and administer construction contract work

Organize and process documents through internal and external frameworks

Review and process drawings, specifications, and submittals

Communicate with subcontractors, owners and permitting agencies

Produce and process subcontract change orders

Investigate and procure permits, insurance, and bonds as required

Attend and facilitate project meetings with team

Assist with coordination of trades in the field

Create and distribute schedule updates on projects

Create and produce close out documents

Requirements

Excellent organization skills and strong interpersonal skills

Able to work with a varied and diverse team

Professional demeanor to promote and represent our company and core values

Working knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Project, and Procore
