Overview A contract Tutoring Position with a flexible schedule as created by tutor and student(s)
The ideal candidate will have tutoring experience / helping students achieve their academic goals. This role involves working with students of elementary ages. The Tutor will utilize innovative teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance the educational experience.
Duties
Provide individualized instruction to students either in One to One or small group setting ( Max. 3 students per Tutor) based on their unique learning needs and goals.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and learning technologies to facilitate effective learning.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educators to support student development.
Skills
A background in childhood education, special education, or adult education is preferred.
Experience in curriculum development to create effective lesson plans.
Excellent communication skills to engage with students and parents effectively.
Proficiency in utilizing learning technology to enhance educational delivery.
Experience in childcare or related fields is advantageous.
Requirement : must pass a complete background check including required fingerprinting ( note: fingerprinting cost is provided for )
