Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers (TK/K & 1st/2nd) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Preschool thru 2nd grade children and have a strong commitment to Christian education.
Responsibilities Include:
>Planning and delivering effective lessons that integrate academic content with biblical principles utilizing ABEKA resources.
>Creating a positive, Christ-centered classroom culture
>Collaborating with staff, parents, and administration to support student development
>Participating in school-wide events and spiritual life activities
Minimum Requirements:
>> Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from an accredited institution
>> Be willing to provide a signed Statement of Faith aligned with our school's Christian values.
>> A love for nurturing and working with children to see them grow in both knowledge and faith.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience working with children in a school or ministry setting
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Christian Philosophy of Education Certificate (CPoE)
-Familiar with early intervention strategies (tutoring) is helpful.
