What You'll Do:
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
Support each child's unique strengths, interests, and developmental needs, celebrating milestones and achievements along the way.
Spark curiosity, creativity, and a sense of wonder through hands-on play experiences, with books, music, science, art, nature and play.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children and families.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach, coupled with a sense of humor and flexibility.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
Previous experience working with preschool children preferred and at least 12 ECE Units.
