Adobe Christian Preschool is hiring! We currently have one exciting opportunity for fun and energetic teachers to work with our young learners in our classrooms. This position is part-time and we welcome someone with experience and/or just beginning their Early Childhood career. Requirements for the position:
A person who is growing in their Christian Faith and able to share the love of Jesus with children and families.
An Understanding of ages and stages of child development and ability to recognize individual needs of children while providing opportunities for their growth.
Experience in creating learning environments where children can explore and discover.
A working knowledge of planning age-appropriate curriculum and activities with ability for recognizing and facilitating children’s interests through emergent and project-based theory.
Committed to making learning joyful, willing to get messy and approaching things with a “can do” attitude.
A team player who is genuinely committed to building trust and loyalty in staff relations.
Desire to guide and work alongside families to achieve common goals.
Capability to vision and align with leadership and colleagues to develop innovative programs to meet the needs of our growing community.
Effective communicator in both verbal and written skills.
12 ECE units and/or desire to grow in experience through continued education and training.
Other: Fingerprint Clearance, First-Aid/CPR, Immunizations and TB Clearance and Mandated Reporter Training.
This is a part-time position with a competitive wage and benefits including vacation, personal time, sick time and holidays.
