Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's learning needs.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded curriculum.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Knowledge of daycare regulations and child welfare guidelines.
