We are a private home-based Preschool and Daycare facility with five stars ratings, looking for a committed, fun, and energetic individual who is enthusiastic about early and young childhood education and children's development. You will be leading a classroom of young toddlers with day-to-day activities to prepare them to transition to preschool and kindergarten by easing them into organized education. You will teach children essential elements that they will encounter soon after they enter school life. This candidate must have a great love, passion, punctuality, multitask skills, commitment, and patience for children. The candidate must have the ability to care for, connect, build relationship and instruct the children effectively, including knowledge of best practices and preschool educational methods as well as the ability to engage and interact with them and earn their trust and attention. The goal is to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child so they can easily acclimate to the next level of education.
Must Have Skills
Fun, creative, energetic, initiative-taking, and personable
Proven experience working with at least with 4 young toddlers or 6 preschool age children in group setting.
Exceptional understanding of the principles of child development
Familiarity with health and safety practice in the classrooms
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Ability to function as mediator between children
Cool-tempered, warm, friendly, and dependable
Balance between an inventive mind and a practical acumen.
Job Description:
- Develop a careful and creative program suitable for children
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, arts and crafts etc.) to teach children
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)
- Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
- Track children's progress report to present to parents
- Collaborate with the main provider and other child care worker for social emotional skills activities
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
- Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children
- Supervise children's activities at all times
- Supervise children for naps and bedtime
- Potty train the children
- Teach the children good social manners
- Maintain professionalism in punctuality and dressing.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience teaching preschools in group setting
Must have complete vaccination and TB clearance result
Have CPR and First Aid (EMSA certified)
Legal to work in the USA.

Schedule: Day shift 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
