Efficiency First California is a member-based, non-profit trade organization representing contractors statewide. We created and support the Clean Energy Connection (CEC), a free, statewide, online contractor directory.
We seek a Technical Support Specialist to help support our CEC team and related directory users.
This job is a remote position with a flexible schedule. You can work from your home or our Sonoma office if preferred.
We are looking for a team player with a great attitude who appreciates the flexibility of remote working but can still produce and meet deadlines. The right candidate will be an organized, responsible, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. Customer service experience is required, and software technology customer support-related experience would be an advantage. Attitude and the desire to learn are everything.

Computer Skills—You must be comfortable with technology.
Basic online troubleshooting skills would be beneficial.
Solid grasp of standard digital tools. Dropbox, Google G-suite, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Video conferencing tools.

You must have some residential construction/contracting knowledge. You will need to communicate effectively with contractors
