Oceanic Foot Spa San Jose at Union Plaza is hiring a receptionist. Oceanic Spa has been the top rated spa on Yelp since 2014. We provide quality massage to families.
Typical Shifts: 9:45am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-9:30pm
Please indicate your availability for these time - VERY IMPORTANT.
COMPENSATION
Hourly pay plus 5% commission on gift card package sales. Excellent earning potentials on gift card sales.
REQUIREMENTS
1.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
We see our front desk/receptionist as the utmost important role. Candidate must possess great customer communication skills, be friendly to all customers and make them feel at home.
2.ORGANIZED, ON TIME, ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
All customers service and inquiries are with front desk, so first rate of effective, efficient and organized work habits are important.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer the phone and email for service booking and scheduling with proper phone etiquette and a smile
- Greet customers and provide excellent service: checkin & checkout
- Other light office tasks, checking on spa cleanness
- SMILE, SMILE & SMILE
