On-site manager - 5 days a week. Must haves: show up to all shifts, can pass a background check and DMV, work accurately and with enthusiasm. You'll be moving in tenants, taking payments, following up on overdue rents, etc.
This job does not include on-site housing.
Work hours 9am to 6 pm Mon to Fri, 1 hour unpaid lunch so 8 hours of work each day.
We train on the property management software but you need to know Microsoft office and email.
