The Bay Area's largest and most exciting flight school and flying club is looking for another person to join our Front Desk team.
- provide quality service to every person who walks through the door
- maintain a clean and welcoming office
- assist pilots with scheduling flights and lessons
- dispatch flights, check-in flights
- create invoices and take payments
- assist maintenance team with tracking flight hours
- welcome and sign up new members
- answer phone calls and emails
Experience with aviation would be great, but not required. We are really looking more for someone who fits in with the happy, dedicated, professionals who make up our organization. Attention to detail, emphasis on understanding the customer's perspective and improving their experience, as well as a friendly, welcoming attitude. We can teach you the rest.
Must be fully fluent in English. Professional in manner and appearance.
We are open every day, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Looking for either full-time (5 days/wk) or part-time (2 days/wk). Full time position comes with some benefits (PTO, health insurance contribution, flight discounts).
