DOG WALKER/ PET SITTER NEEDED
Adventures in Dog Walking is a San Francisco based company established in 2008 by myself and my wife. We are looking for a trusted and responsible individual that we can grow and build with. We operate in San Francisco and Oakland providing group walks, pet sitting and training. We walk in public parks and use our personal vehicles to transport dogs.
-This position is in San Francisco from Monday-Friday. The hours are roughly 10am-3pm but can and will vary as we work with live animals. The work day is around 5-6 hours conducting two group walks in the park Monday-Friday. This is an employee position and you will be able to obtain your dog walker permit through our company.
-This is a salary position. Starting salary is $2,500/month-3000/month depending on experience with room for advancement within 6 months of employment. We also offer opportunities for additional compensation through pet sitting at $45/night per dog. PAID HOLIDAYS OFF.
-YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE CAPABLE OF TRANSPORTING 6-8 DOGS TO AND FROM THE PARK Must have a clean driving record with a valid CA drivers license.
-Must be physically able to handle a pack of 6-8 dogs of various sizes and love the outdoors as we walk rain or shine. We would like someone able to safely pet sit at their home but this is not a requirement however we will give preference to those applicants. We would like someone with pet care experience and will give preference to those applicants. Must be patient and pay great attention to detail. Must have an absolute love and passion for working with puppers!
