Bayshore Plumbers is currently looking for an exemplary dispatcher to provide customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. You have some experience in plumbing, but we will train the right individual. You must be able to multi task. Efficiently schedule plumbing service calls and dispatching the job to the correct plumber. Verifying information such as name, address, location and special instructions so the plumbers are well prepared when going to their appointments. Check and reply to emails that pertains to your job and duties. Responding to Yelp via email for new customers seeking to do business with us.
We are also looking for experienced plumbers with good communication skills and selling skills.We need plumbers that can repipe houses, run gas lines, install sewers and drains, install water heater and tankless water heater. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues. Estimate project costs and prepare quotes for clients. Experience in estimating time and material requirements for work projects.
Must have a valid drivers license
Pay is based on experience for both positions.
