DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer all incoming calls
Take orders over the phone and email as well as respond to orders, general customer inquiries, product questions and
complaints
Receive and process all direct and distributor orders
Deal directly with customers by phone or email
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Up sale products when appropriate
Handle and resolve customer complaints (Discrepancy reports)
Shipping/Customer liaison for freight arrangements & appointments
Enter and manage all orders and invoicing thru Odoo System
Direct requests and unresolved issues to accounts
End of month order coordination for pallet the designated resource
Assist customers with opening new customers Other duties as assigned
Projects a professional company image through phone and email communications
Back up for Lead Customer Service/Supervisor/filing
Perform additional assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the sales & marketing
FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Comply with all plant, state and federal OSHA, FDA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP and GFSI regulations
Conduct all monitoring activities to assure finished product comply with food safety and quality specifications
Responsible for maintenance of Food Safety and Quality Assurance
