Customer Service Representative, Front office Reception

Kraft’s Body Shop, a locally owned and operated Auto Body Repair Business in Santa Cruz, is seeking a professional and organized individual to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to interact with customers who bring in their vehicles for repair services. You play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring that their vehicle repair needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Primary point of contact for customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome both in person and over the phone.

Listen attentively to customers concerns, questions, and requests, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.

Effectively communicate with customers to gather detailed information about their vehicle and the specific service required.

Customer support for estimate scheduling, vehicle drop off, tow-ins and final repair paperwork.

Work with various team members to communicate any needs from the customer.

Assist customers with insurance claims, working closely with insurance providers, including rental car services and securing payments.

Work closely with estimator on close out paperwork and warranty information presented to customer upon release of vehicle.

Collect deductible and all customer payments. Enter into CRM system CCCOne.

Call customer prior to estimate appt as courtesy reminder.

Call on established Sales Opportunities.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in a customer service role.

Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with customer relationships management (CRM) software and standard office applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Knowledge of auto body repair processes, terminology, and industry practices a plus.

Bi-Lingual in Spanish a plus.

Compensation: DOE; Pay Range $23-$30, non-exempt position

Position is Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm; open to Part Time applicants.
