Eden Botanicals specializes in wholesale essential oils, CO2 extracts, absolutes and organic botanical extracts. We pride ourselves in outstanding service, and are looking for a dedicated customer service representative to give exceptional support to our valued customers and work cross functionally with multiple team members and departments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
Promptly answer customer inquiries via phone and email.
Work with team to give best in class service.
Track order shipments and follow up with customers.
Process customer returns.
Help resolve order related questions and issues; understand when to seek out additional information.
Dispatch customer inquiries to proper departments (ie, shipping, advanced aromatherapy)
Input customer phone orders, and update customer records, as needed.
Admin Support:
Greet visitors and maintain organization of the front lobby and conference room.
File documents, as needed.
Maintain customer complaint and return logs.
Help with product labeling and basic production assembly, as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong organizational skills.
Proactive problem solver.
Detail oriented and ability to focus with multiple distractions.
Excellent phone and writing skills.
Enjoy interacting with customers.
Team player with a friendly demeanor.
Must be ok with working in an environment with the scent of essential oils and natural fragrance.
NICE TO HAVE
Understanding of Microsoft Office and experience with navigating customer databases.
A passion for natural products and/or knowledge of aromatherapy, natural perfumery or botanical ingredients a plus.
