Department: Customer Service/Warehouse
Reports to: Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong understanding of warehouse operations, and the ability to work independently to resolve customer inquiries and issues. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels (in-person, phone & email).
Attendance: Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders, shipments, and products. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Warehouse Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and timely shipment of products. Communicate effectively to address any discrepancies or delays.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and warehouse processes to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of customer service best practices.
Independence: Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Skills:
o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
o Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. (On average, cases weigh 20 – 25lbs.)
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment.
Full-time position (Tuesday – Friday; 8:30am – 5pm and Saturday 10am – 2pm)
Benefits:
$23/hour plus monthly commission after 14 weeks and benefits package (401k & Medical).
