- Greet customers in person and over the phone

- Schedule appointments and manage calendar

- Answer questions about services, repairs, and pricing

- Provide updates to customers on their vehicles

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow

- Handle invoices, payments, and basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or front-desk experience (automotive experience is a plus)

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, etc.)
