We are seeking a customer service representative who will be responsible for communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians. Among other duties including sales,
Duties and responsibilities:
- Answering Phones, making receipt, contact customer for pickup
- Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives repairs
- Overseeing and managing the repair center scheduling and workflow
- Create customer invoices
- Prep Vehicles for sale to include washing and detailing as required
- Manage sales
- Bilingual is a plus (English / Spanish) but not required
