Position Overview:
Lark Drugs Pharmacy in downtown Guerneville is seeking a Customer Service Clerk with retail experience to join our team. The position is for the front of the store, not pharmacy. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, willing to learn and assume more responsibilities, and must be available for a set schedule of 30 hours a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Eligibility for benefits is at 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor by merchandising and stocking shelves
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with efficiency and courtesy
Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment through regular cleaning duties
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Availability to work on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
