Job description
We are a transit research data collection firm. Seeking Bilingual Experience Ambassadors- Field Interviewers ( Mandarin/Korean/Russian/Chinese/Tagalog) who are fluent in English, must be fluent in two languages. For a 2 month project starting Oct 21st-Dec 19th, 2024 for San Francisco Bart. This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to conduct interviews with riders on platform. Interview will be in a tablet, plotting start and end locations on Google Maps for market research to improve transit in the San Francisco region.
Schedule is Tuesday-Thursday, AM: 5am-1pm,PM: 2:00pm-10:00pm approx.
Report Locations: All major BART System
Project Dates: Oct 21- Dec 19
Shift Times: AM: 5am-1pm and PM Shift; 2:00pm-10:00pm approx.
Training Date: Monday, Oct 21st , 2024
Hours: 24 hours per week
Pay rate: $22.00 per hour paid weekly
Requirements:
· Must be prompt as timeliness is important
· Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers)
· Must possess knowledge of smartphones and/or tablet programs
· Must possess knowledge of Google maps
· Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours
· Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions Field Interviewer
