Ocusun, LLC, in Novato, CA seeks Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for project management of various initiatives and projects supporting the Global Customer Service technical and program improvement initiatives; onboarding new Business Partner Outsourced processes and programs; liaising with the China customer service team to ensure both are aligned for all key projects and initiatives and to gather back office and manufacturing feedback to provide for future project opportunities; project planning from initiation to closure/handoff of agent tools/systems or department projects; ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope; creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, files, standards and templates; communicating priorities and tracking progress to ensure project milestones are completed on time; coordinating across departments ensuring all project deliverables are moving through pipeline and completed on time; supporting Operational Readiness based on projects/communications calendar and integrating with larger company calendar; facilitating collaboration and communication between the team with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors etc.); gathering and preparing content for presentation decks; and other duties as assigned. Salary range: $107,099 -135,325. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to headquarters in Novato, California.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related analytics field (or foreign equivalent).

Requirements: Special requirements include: 2 years of experience gained through employment or education in managing project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverables as well as identify and manage scope change; 2 years of experience gained through employment or education in reviewing project plans; 2 years of experience gained through employment or education in developing project functional specifications, roadmaps, and execution plans; and 2 years of experience gained through employment or education in collaborating with others in a team environment.
