Part-Time Community Manager (16 hrs/week)
Location: Campbell, CA
Compensation: $23–$27/hr (DOE) + Incentives + Year-End Bonus
Schedule: Flexible hours on-site + occasional off-hours phone support (compensated)

About the Role
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Community Manager who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a well-maintained apartment community, ensuring residents have a great living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Relations
Act as the primary on-site contact for residents
Address concerns promptly and professionally
Conduct regular check-ins and manage lease renewals
Help foster a positive, respectful community environment
Maintenance & Work Orders
Respond to resident maintenance requests
Coordinate with vendors and oversee repairs
Gather quotes, request approval, and follow up post-completion
Submit invoices for processing
Leasing & Turnovers
Schedule inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
Show available units, screen applicants, and sign leases
General Property Oversight
Maintain supplies and general property upkeep
Coordinate scheduled services (e.g., pressure washing, gutter cleaning)
Communicate property needs to the main office
Qualifications
Experience in property management or hospitality (preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Punctual, honest, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Familiarity with CA leasing regulations and maintenance basics
Experience with Rent Manager Software a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must complete a background check
Completion of CA DFEH harassment prevention training required
