Operations Manager for a small hydrogeological technology and services company
Best Environmental Subsurface Sampling Technologies (BESST, Inc.) is an innovative environmental technology and groundwater services company based in San Rafael, California. The company has experienced growth with diversification of services, project size and penetration into various markets outside of California. The company also recently opened a smaller office in Reno, NV. We are seeking a part time to full time Operations Manager in the San Rafael office who has strong leadership, organizational and communication skills to oversee operations in both BESST locations.
Responsibilities for the position include:
Oversight of daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality and compliance with company standards.
Develop, improve and implement operational processes to support goals.
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with management to establish short- and long-term operational goals.
Evaluate and define both employee and company performance metrics to improve performance.
