Job Summary:
The Batch Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing and executing all batching-related functions in the concrete mixing plant. This includes daily plant inspections, preventive and minor maintenance, and accurate operation of the batching process. The operator ensures that all materials are properly documented and that concrete is batched according to required specifications.
Regularly interact with drivers and coordinate timely delivery of concrete.
Preferred experience with Command Alkon or other batching system software.
Provide excellent customer service, including courteous and professional communication and order
Preemployment drug test. Be on time and reliable.
