Executive Assistant for early-stage healthcare AI company
Want to use your skills to make a difference in brain healthcare? We are looking for a dynamic, capable, upbeat, and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in conducting daily operations in an early-stage healthcare company. The EA will support the CEO by performing and managing correspondence, project and people management, as well as organizational, administrative, and operational tasks. We’re looking for a sharp team player who enjoys taking on daily challenges.
Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be efficient and execution-oriented, and have a knack for getting things done.
Responsibilities
Support major program operations including payments, reporting, interviewing, and hiring
Provide administrative support for CEO including prioritization of programs, day-to-day tasks, and correspondence
Edit documents, compose emails, write content as needed
Help cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external collaborators
Solve problems and roadblocks to enable swift progress toward goals
Coordinate special projects as needed
Assist in drafting, proofing and preparing digital and printed materials
Help organize and prioritize critical issues and related information and tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college
Easy, professional, and clear communication style; excellent written and spoken English
Natural tendency to get things done, prioritize tasks, and remove roadblocks
Enthusiasm for your work, including a work smarter not harder mentality
Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
Great communication skills and ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of personalities
Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations

Compensation
20+ hours per week
