A successful family-owned commercial real estate investment/management firm is interviewing an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its collaborative team. In this hybrid scheduled role, the winning candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines proactively.

Daily duties in this new exciting role include:
Assist with maintaining amenities, including restaurants, fitness centers, conferencing spaces, event spaces, organic gardens, memberships, etc.
Liaise and correspond with tenants and vendors while performing property inspections.
Assist the Asset Services Team with special projects.
Maintain budget tracking and tenant Accounts Payable in Nexus.
Manage the facilities team with all aspects of maintenance.
Redirect and prioritize work requests, including entering tenant work orders in the Angus work order system.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate management
Exceptional customer service skills and team-centric work approach
Proven ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Angus, and JDE a plus
Familiarity with commercial lease provisions, administration, and accounting principles is a must
Bachelor's degree required
