Harmonic Inc. seeks multiple Business Systems Analysts in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities: The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for customizing and configuring enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems according to Harmonic’s business needs. Duties include: Leading design workshops across business units worldwide; performing gap analysis of ERP systems by assessing whether the performance of ERP systems is meeting business needs; configuring Oracle ERP Cloud modules; conducting supply chain management and sales modules configuration by re-engineering key processes such as sales order creation, procurement, back-to-back fulfillment, picking process, shipment, accounts receivable/accounts payable accounting using ERP systems; integrating Oracle Cloud and Third party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator Cloud Service and development using Oracle Application Express; supporting and troubleshooting interfaces with third-party software through Oracle Integration Cloud middleware and webservices; providing user training, procedures, and training materials such as manuals and videos; developing key reports and custom low-code applications; and other duties as assigned. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the continental U.S., but will report to Harmonic headquarters located in San Jose, California. Salary range: $110k - $135k.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 1 year of experience in the job offered or related. Other special requirements include: 1 year of experience assessing business risks with enterprise resource planning systems’ finance modules; 1 year of experience conducting custom development, software configuration, data migration, and user training with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems; 1 year of experience implementing sales and finance modules of Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems; and 1 year of experience designing and developing enterprise resource planning software solutions specific to business needs.
