We are seeking a skilled Treasury Supervisor to join our dynamic team and manage all aspects of our treasury operations. Job Description: As the Treasury Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all treasury functions and accounts payable to ensure the efficient management of our financial resources. You will play a critical role in optimizing our liquidity, ensuring timely payments of all debt and vendor payables, and ensuring compliance with all debt requirements and flow of capital between the various legal entities. You will also maintain an active role in both daily accounting and monthly/quarterly/annual company close activities.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Cash Management:

Monitor daily cash positions and manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

Manage short-term cash forecasting models to anticipate future cash requirements and optimize cash utilization.

Execute fund transfers between various banks and legal entities in compliance with debt structures.

Fund and record company payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis.

Pay down credit cards and other credit accounts monthly/on-demand.

2. Accounts Payable:

Oversee accounts payable operations to ensure timely and accurate payments for all vendors, ensuring proper coding and approvals.

Work cross functionally to resolve any payment discrepancies and minimize any late fees or penalties.

Track internal AP against AR and facilitate payments based on cash flow.

3. Treasury Operations:

Oversee treasury operations, including bank account management, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Implement and maintain treasury systems and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls.

Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements.

4. General Accounting:

Reconcile critical accounts across companies.

Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual company close.

Manage prepaids and accruals for select accounts.

Produce financial statements for select companies.

Support general company compliance, where applicable.

Accounts Receivable support and backup.

Assist with yearly internal audit.

5. Relationship Management :

Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and executive leadership.

Serve as a primary point of contact for external parties including banks, lending institutions, vendors, credit cards, and accounting software.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.

- Proven experience in treasury management and/or general accounting.

- Proficiency in Excel

- Financial modeling, cash forecasting, and treasury systems.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Prior experience managing staff level accounting personnel

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

- Understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and risk management techniques.
