Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this person will support the senior leadership team in the areas of Finance and FP&A.
Assist the CFO and company leadership in the oversight of all financial reporting, analysis & compliance requirements.
Work with all Department managers to build annual budgets; monitor variance analysis and develop key metrics to track cost accounting performance, expense statistics & labor efficiency.
Analyze all aspects of Inventory costing, turnover, gross margin analysis; understand all aspects of wholesale distribution and commission sales to create key metrics & increase profitability.
Perform analysis and provide recommendations to management on key contract proposals, annual insurance renewals, and potential capital expenditures for equipment or facilities.
