BOOKKEEPING/OFFICE ADMIN
- Full AP duties
- Full AR duties
- General bookkeeping duties (journal entries, maintain fixed asset ledgers, reconciliations)
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
- Job costing AP and AR entries
- Responsible for electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Maintain office, field and client procedures
- Process and track work orders/service requests; coordinate and follow up with workers/customers
- Other duties
GENERAL RECEPTION AND ADMINISTRATIVE:
- Answer and direct all inbound phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Greet all contractors, business referrals, customers; prepare conference room for all meetings
- Open, sort and distribute all incoming correspondences; process all outgoing correspondences
- Maintain office supply inventories and coordinate purchases
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Flexible to help support team needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with technology, computer literate
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - intermediate/advanced level
- Must know QuickBooks
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
