We are looking for a recent graduate who is interested in the Accounts Payable field for an investment firm located in Cupertino. This role has great opportunity for growth and would be a great foot in the door.
Some job duties consist of:
-Provide support to accounting and finance department members including filing, copying, check preparation, mailings, and preparing correspondence
-Obtain invoice approvals and ensure all verification controls are met
-Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and/or obtain information for 1099 tax forms/or confirm wire information
-Assist with special projects and auditor requests as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
-Some internship/accounting experience.
-Bachelors degree
-Knowledgeable in excel
-Great communicator
