Searching for a Full Time Accountant for a construction/design company to perform the following:
Financial statements: Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
Cost tracking: Monitor costs and budgets, and allocate direct and indirect costs
Invoicing: Prepare invoices and apply overhead costs
Payroll: Assist with payroll, which includes recording employee salaries, taxes, and other payroll expenses
Tax issues: Respond to tax issues and pay estimated taxes
Job costing: Manage job costing and pricing, and break down project costs
Expense reports: Prepare expense reports
