Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with the company CEO on a day-to-day operation. The candidate will be responsible for the company's Financial Statements, and have experience in all phases of general accounting and reporting, with great emphasis on A/R, collection, Invoicing, and billing. Corporate Tax Preparation is a plus, but not required. Well-experienced and proficient with QuickBooks Enterprise solutions, Excel, and MS Word.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, 5 years + experience in Accounting and financial statements and reporting. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to convert existing QuickBooks to departmentalized accounting. Bank reconciliation, job costs, payroll and reporting, year-end reports, W2 and 1099s. Able to bring new technology and share experiences. Good communication skills.
