Role: Mainframe /Microfocus Developer Location: Seattle, Long Beach, Detroit, St Louis Full Time Job Description:
- Strong working knowledge and expertise with System Administration of the Micro Focus Enterprise Server and Enterprise Developer products on MS Windows (Required 3 Years)
- Experience with administration of the PageCenterX software applications (Highly Desired 2 Years)
- Administration and job scheduling with the Autosys software application (Nice to Have 2 Years)
- Experience with the use of Active Directory and ADLDS in the Micro Focus environment (Highly Desired 2 Years)
- Understanding of IMS DB
- Knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL) plus
- Understanding of Windows Server 2016 OS
- Ability to debug code in COBOL is a plus
- Writing technical specifications and design documents
- Understanding on tools MS SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills as would be required to work directly with customer/ end users
- Strong technical design skills
- Ability to work in agile kind of environment with tight timelines
- Ability to handle teams working in multiple sites (onsite, offshore)
