This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients.Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide information about medical products and services, including pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively

Process orders, returns, and exchanges

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback on service quality

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed

Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the medical field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service

Bilingual abilities are a plus
