The Creative Group is seeking a Video Creative Lead for one of our clients in the greater Los Angeles area. If you are a Video Creative Lead/Producer with a background in gaming apply for this opportunity today! This is a full-time position offered via The Creative Group. Daily responsibilities and application details below.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Create and plan video content for AAA gaming titles, including trailers, live-action/streaming, and short form clips
  • Lead a team of producers, editors, and capture artists
  • Collaborate closely with creative leads from other divisions
  • Be hands-on with video team
  • Be client facing and work with outside vendors on partnership deals
  • May assist with recruiting team members
  • Work closely with publishing teams on content release dates

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
  • At least 3 years of video producing experience
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and manage a team
  • Take projects from conception through completion
  • Be hands-on with editing and motion graphics process when needed
  • Flexible with schedule and ability to work with global partners
  • Being able to speak Korean is a huge plus!
