You will be supporting 150 users worldwide. This person will be triaging new events according to defined workflows in cooperation with InfoSec Manager. Excellent customer service experience required. Requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in technology related field
- 2 years professional experience
- InfoSec Experience (IT Compliance, IT Risk Management, IT Audit is nice to have)
- Eagerness to learn and desire to get into the weeds of the day-to-day manual tasks (logging, which can be mundane, identity access management)
- InfoSec training and certifications are a plus
- Passion for cyber security
