Dyson's Supersonic hair dryer, Airwrap styler, Airstrait wet to dry straightener, and Corrale cordless straightener have revolutionized the beauty industry by combining cutting-edge mechanical technology with stunning design. As a Dyson Beauty Expert, you will have the opportunity to represent these exceptional products and make a significant impact on customers' personal styling routines.Join our team to create memorable experiences and share your expertise with customers so they can look and feel their best every day!Schedule and Locations
16-18 hours per weekend; 10:30am-6:30pm onSaturdays and 11:00am-7:00pm on Sundays
Nordstrom and Sephora in Santa Monica, CA 90401
What we offer:
$30.00-$32.00per hour, commensurate with experience
Current Cosmetology License may offer higher pay rate

What you will do:
Share enthusiasm about the Dyson brand with store associates and customers
Conduct interactive styling demos & product presentations to individuals and groups
Provide engaging beauty consultations and expert product knowledge advice to increase sales
Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence
Help maintain visual product display standards at shopfront
Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors
Participate in paid training sessions and team conference calls
Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Valid cosmetology licensepreferred, but not required
High energy and strong relationship-building skills
Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment
Experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales preferred
Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to assigned stores
Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor
Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
