THIS POSITION REQUIRES A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE
Duties and Responsibilities:
Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Connect systems to electrical, gas, and water lines.
Test systems for proper operation and efficiency.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical components.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Explain HVAC system operations and maintenance procedures to customers.
Address customer concerns and questions.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
HVAC certification or trade school training.
Experience in HVAC installation.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints preferred.
