Key Responsibilities:
Support the owner in day-to-day business operations and scheduling
Coordinate crew assignments, customer communication, and job documentation
Assist with billing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate job records
Track inventory, order supplies, and help ensure field teams are job-ready
Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Jump in wherever needed to keep the business moving efficiently
Qualifications:
Prior experience in administrative, operations, or project support role
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Familiarity with restoration, construction, or field service environments is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
