We are currently recruiting for a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant with a well-established company located on the beautiful Central Coast of California – Lompoc, CA – a scenic town surrounded by mountains and award winning wineries. The Front Desk/Administrative Assistant is Full Time and Temp to Hire, with the hours from 8 am to 5 pm, or 9 am to 6 pm (hours may vary between these schedules), Mondays through Fridays. The pay rate for this position is $14/hr. If you are qualified and interested, submit your resume now!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers/clients and check them in using the company computer system and/or chart
Take calls for scheduling and schedule current customers
Call on insurance benefits
File notes in charts
File charts in cabinets and boxes
Customer service
Ability to explain benefits to customers
Refer to billing department
General office tasks
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to multitask
Previous office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc…) a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a busy/high pressure environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to properly communicate through both oral and written communication
Must have computer skills (position requires use of a computer)
