Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Assistant Field Manager to help oversee daily operations of our maintenance crews, routes, and landscape quality. This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflow, high standards of landscape care, and a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating multiple landscape maintenance crews and job sites
Monitor and maintain the quality of work on all maintenance routes
Support crews in the field when needed, providing hands-on assistance
Communicate job expectations and provide clear, positive direction to crew members
Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are being followed
Report progress, issues, and project updates to upper management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscape maintenance and team supervision preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
