One of our clients is currently looking for General Laborers in Lompoc, CA. This is a temporary job lasting for approximately 4 weeks with a pay rate of $20 an hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm (or similar hours).
Must have steel toe work boots
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment.
Performing a wide range of duties in support of constructing telecommunications utilities
Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash and excess building materials.
This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks.
Perform general labor duties on site, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting 50 lb. objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
