Construction Lead

Construction Lead Wanted! The Lead should have general construction knowledge and able to use hand/power tool, also maintain a clean and safe work environment. Knowledge of painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, stucco repair, cabinetry, termite dry rot repair, doors and windows etc. Other skills required: to lift up to eighty pounds, climb ladders and be a team leader/team player with good communication skills. Must have a valid CA Drivers License and acceptable DMV record. The position is full time as work permits. RRP Certificate desirable, however is not required.
